Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the OOTD app and website. By joining the waitlist or using OOTD, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use OOTD

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use OOTD. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly at hello@try-ootd.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. The try-on service

OOTD uses AI to render clothing onto the photo you provide. Try-on images are a visual approximation to help you decide — they are generated by a model and may not perfectly reflect the real fit, colour, drape, size, or fabric of a garment. Always check the seller’s own details before buying. OOTD does not sell the garments shown and is not responsible for third-party products, prices, or shops we may link to.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. To run the service, you grant OOTD a limited licence to store, process, and display your content to you and to send it to our AI try-on processor solely to generate your results (see the Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to upload the photos you use and that they don’t infringe anyone’s rights.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use OOTD to:

6. Intellectual property

OOTD, its name, logo, software, and design are owned by us and protected by law. These terms don’t give you any rights in them beyond using the app as intended.

7. Availability & changes

OOTD is offered on an “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. We’ll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, OOTD is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that try-on results will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any garment shown will suit you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OOTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for purchasing decisions you make based on a try-on result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using OOTD and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory local law where you live provides otherwise.
